Printed copy along with the high-resolution file - on your choice of paper, i.e. newspaper print (very popular), plain white copy, colored, thicker stock - drawing, watercolor, etc. PRICING STARTS AT $275 - for up to 75 answers that you provide. If creative questions are needed, PRICING STARTS AT $300.
3. Completely framed crossword puzzle with your choice of paper - shadow box, float, clip, metal, plastic, wood, color, size, matted, etc. PRICING TO BE DETERMINED.
Final pricing will be determined based on the agreed upon scope of the project.
HOW TO ORDER:
1. Purchase this listing.
2. Within 1 - 2 business days of your purchase, we will send you a questionnaire sheet to fill out. You can provide both the questions and answers or just the answers and we'll develop the questions. Want to include a hidden message(s) - using circled letters from the answers?
3. In addition, the questionnaire will also include the following:
- Contact information
- Specify date due
- Choice of color/background and font(s). Samples provided on the sheet.
- The theme of the crossword puzzle, i.e. anniversary, birthday, wedding, graduation, or other
- Clipart or pictures you would like to include - please email a high-resolution JPEG or GIF file (minimum 300 dpi)
- Where to ship the final design
- Final file format: High-resolution PDF. If you prefer a JPEG file, please note.
OTHER INFORMATION:
1. Proof - within 1 to 2 weeks (depending on the size and complexity of the puzzle). We will email you the final proof for approval and sign off.
2. Size - the listing shown is 8-1/2" x 11" (standard copy paper size). If you would like another size, please indicate on the questionnaire.
3. Revisions - Please proof your personalized puzzle carefully. We do not charge for printer's errors, such as typos, minor edits, and minor formatting issues. There will be a $20.00 charge for major rewrites and/or formatting changes. We will update the puzzle and send a revised proof with 2 - 3 business days after the revisions are received. We will work with you until you are COMPLETELY SATISFIED with the proof.
4. Once you sign off on the final proof, we will finalize the puzzle and send out in the format requested (without the watermark).
