My name is Jackie and I live in a hamlet in Worcestershire where I have a glass studio. I make glass objects in two forms, firstly fused glass items such as bowls, tea light holders, coaster wall art, jewellery etc that is formed and kiln fired. The second is with copperfoil and solder (tifanny ) to form lampshades etc. Every piece is unique as no two pieces of glass are the same so they make beautiful gift for your friends and family (don’t forget yourself) I can make bespoke pieces and I am happy to liaise with a client to meet their exact needs. Items are not refundable unless the quality is not as pictured.
Bespoke items will require 30%-50% payment upfront. Once design is completed and
Shown to you for approval I will require the final payment before completing. Please note it is the buyers responsibility to check any spellings and colour/size options.
Bespoke and made to order items can take between 7-10 days.
Glass being glass has it’s imperfections i.e small bubbles etc. However nothing leaves my studio that is substandard.
If you order more than one thing please be away that no two pieces will be identical.
You can collect from my studio by prior appointment.
I pack the items very well for postage however things can go wrong (it has happened once to me) the item will be replaced, a refund will only be given if I am not able to replace it. Photographic proof needed (for me to make a claim) and the item returned to me.
Please do not leave a bad review before you have come to me to sort any issues out, I have not received one yet and hope to keep it that way.
