toppers are made with premium cardstock which is white at the back and it is attached to a food-safe stick. Depending the size, we may add an additional stick for extra support (maximum of 2 sticks).

The delivery time varies depending on where you are located and the shipping option that you choose.
Estimated shipping may take longer depending on your country's custom regulations.
Standard Shipping:
Shipping to Canada approximately takes 3-5 business days.
Shipping to USA approximately takes 7-10 business days.
Shipping to U.K approximately takes 7-12 business days.
Express Shipping:
Shipping to USA approximately takes 1-3 business days.
Pickup is available if you live in Toronto.

The toppers are packed carefully in a padded envelope and we have no control for any damages caused to the toppers while its on transit.
❤❤Returns/Refunds❤❤
If you are unhappy with your topper in any way, we will refund your order after we receive the topper. We are not responsible for the shipping cost for returning the topper.
Once we receive the topper in a good condition, we will issue a refund for the topper only. Shipping fee will not be refunded.
Unfortunately, all custom toppers cannot be refunded.
Therefore, I highly encourage to double check for any typos and spelling errors when placing a notation for custom orders.
