Long ago Elves and Fairies were in a bitter rivalry. Fighting over…. who even knows what now!
To protect themselves they cast spells on the stones they used to defend themselves… Fairies created spells so hot they glowed a beautiful red and orange
And the Elves made spells so cold they glitter and glowed a beautiful blue.
When the spells crashed together the fire was cooled into a beautiful orange and red stone and the ice was solidified into the glittery blue stone.
Now that the war has ended and the Elves have moved up north with Santa, the fairies now send the fairy fire stones to keep them warm and
The Elves send the Elven Ice stones to keep the fairies cool in the heat of summer.
What started as a war ended with love and friendship. They say to find and wear either of these stones will bring love and friendship to the wearer!
Now, it is gathered and made into unique jewelry, a great gift idea for her!

ABOUT THE FAIRY FIRE PENDANT
Each piece is lovingly created by layering high light fast rated colored pencil with glitter and archival ink on a paper insert making this a statement piece of handmade wearable art that should last the test of time! (much like the lucky piece of Fairy Fire found within!) ;)
This particular piece of fantasy jewelry is a round pendant but Fairy Fire can be found and made into many other settings as well! Including square shaped, Crescent Moon, heart and even beautiful delicate dangling earrings.
No two pieces are the same even though they may be in the same color family. Pieces are made in very small batches of no more than 10 at a time making each piece completely one of a kind and never to be replicated exactly the same way again. (therefor the piece you receive may be uniquely different then that of the image but still very similar as it will include the exact same elements and colors)
Pendants can be made into a unique key chain or made into handmade necklaces, you choose how you want to use this rare and beautiful gem!
Fairy Fire is made into red, orange and golden jewelry in a silver plated pendant setting that is as rare and Unique as she is.
Please treat this wearable art with care, although it is water repellent I would suggest you still be aware of mishandling
