Watercolor Wreath and Faux Metal Embellishments

 ...  One more card using the Winterhaven Stamp of Approval Collection! The Joy and the strip were dipped in Versamark ink, covered in Metallic Sparkle Embossing Powder and heat set. I did this twice to get good coverage.
