I wanted a unicorn cake for my birthday so I made this one! It is a tall 6" pumpkin spice cake with a layer of rainbow cake at the top. The mane is decorated with buttercream & I sculpted the horn & ears out of fondant. I've seen a ton of gorgeous unicorn
