Howdy, I'm Daniel with Roslyn Rags. In this video I demonstrate how to tie dye a heart design on a baby one-ie. I use 100% cotton fabric, and it has been soaked in a soda ash solution. The soda ash solution is 1 cup sodium carbonate to 1 gallon water.
