Trash To Treasure: Fruit Cart (Part 1: Making the Wagon Wheels) For reasons that will not be divulged, I needed a fruit cart. Cheap flimsy ones could be purchased for about $150, but to get a reasonably decent one, I would have to spend over $300. Thanks,
