Stamping on fabric using Stampin' Up! inks (Painted Petals stamp set)

Stamping on fabric with water based Stampin' Up! stamps and inks to make a cosmetic case? As water based inks works like watercolors and they can't be washed as the ink will dissolve I added clear PVC to the cosmetic case and waterproof lining. Lovi
