RetroEcho: "tape" delay from a floppy drive

Still a work in progress  ...  this is a modified  ...  floppy drive to work as an odd kind of tape delay in order to do this: ground pins 10-16 to get the motor running add a potentiometer to the motor control board (you'll have to probe around for be
