Patriotic Flag Wreath using Dollar Tree Fun Hoop, pool noodle as DIY wreath form

I used a small Dollar Tree fun hoop (aka hoola hoop ) to reinforce a pool noodle I purchased at a church rummage sale. I inserted the fun hoop inside the noodle and trimmed them both to the size I wanted. Then I used duct tape to secure the circle shape.
