My DIY Bar-Cart Dupe

I been wanting to do this DIY for a while  ...  I saw this style and decided, this was the style I wanted. I wanted a Totally blinged out  ...  but of course, they are no where to be  ...  and to buy one just to bling out, would cost me almost $200.
