Modified Stretchier Picot Beaded Bindoff

Hi! Here is a reiteration of a knitted picot bind off with beads. It also makes a stretchy, nonbinding edge for a lace piece. For fun, I've named it the Modified Stretchy Picot Beaded Bind-off or MSPBB for short! I designed this bind off for a shawl
