Maylies Day 9 "Fast, Cheap and Easy Tutu's!"

I made these tutu's in class this week for my girls to wear under their hula skirts during our graduation luau. These are super cute and easy to make. I bought 32 yards of organza and two packages of elastic to make 22 really full and fluffy tutu's.
