LKC 17 Cast off at shoulders

Lona's Knitting Course - using the pattern for a child's cardigan (9-12 month old). Knitting Left and Right fronts at the same time. Completing the Neckline and Armhole shaping of both fronts - decreasing to 13 stitches - and casting off.
