Knitting Decrease Bind Off on K2 P2 Ribbing. This is a stretchy bind off. This shawl is a modification of "Yarden" shawl by Nancy Whitman. The modification was to add a ruffle from the "Mara" shawl by Amy Hendrix. Both patterns can be found on Ravelry.
