Irish Crochet Basics, an Easy Wedding Garter

I made a garter for Rachel who is getting married soon. This is an easy pattern, consisting of plain chains and single crochet . I made about 18 inches, and used no 30 thread and 1mm hook, but it can be made in any size thread.
