This video is to pleat and wrap a 5 yard kilt. The material is 60" wide. Some ppl say I need a full 9 yards, but I have never seen a video of a 9 yard tartan. Like I say in the video 5 yards is bulky enough, I was tempted to cut it down to 3 yards. I
