A volcano roll is a deep fried spicy salmon roll. It contains salmon, masago aka smelt fish eggs, scallions, tempura flakes, then deep fried. Topped off with eel sauce, spicy sauce, tobiko aka flying fish eggs and some more scallions. Delicious!
