How to Make a Go Kart out of an Electric Wheelchair

Donny, my neighbor is trying to build a Go Cart out of an old electric wheelchair. I want to show how to do this but Donny is having some problems. So if you know anything about how fix this then let us know. I guess the electric box is overheating.
