PLEASE NOTE: I made some measuring mistakes in this video. The paper at 2:28 should be cut at 2-1/2" x 4-1/4". At 3:36, the Whisper White panels should be 2 x 3-3/4". At 4:47, the designer paper should also be cut at 2 x 3-3/4". So sorry for any confusion
