This is made on a 15" work wreath form. I did 12" poofs using 21" mesh. I the added 30" ruffles with 10" mesh to every other tie. I added 10" rolls with 10" mesh to every other tie. I used black and burlap. i the added 14" ribbon. two 2 1/2" wired ribbon
