This is made on a !6" work wreath form(hobby Lobby) I did 12" poofs with 21" mesh. I added 30" ruffles with 10" mesh to every other tie. I then added 10" rolls with 10" mesh to every other tie that doesn't have a ruffle. I used 4 wired ribbons cut 14" lon
