This wreath is on a 15" work wreath form, I used 21' mesh for 12" poofs, I then added 20" ruffles to every other tie. I Then used 10" mesh for !2" rolls and added them to every other tie. Where i didn't add ruffles. I used 4 wire ribbons. 2 at 2 1/2 and
