This is all from the Dollar tree. I used a 14” wreath form. I used 4 rolls of purple mesh and 4 rolls of black 6” mesh and cut them 10” long. I did double my mesh. I did the ruffle method and alternated the 2 colors. I then added some 12” ribbon and tubin
