This is made on a 14” Wreath form. 10 pipe cleaners are on the bottom and 8 are on the top about 4” apart. I used 2 rolls of green 5” mesh for poofs. (I doubled it) 15” ruffles with 5” mesh are added to every other tie. I also doubled the mesh for ruffles
