How to make a DIY Statement Bib Collar Necklace

Got inspired by Shourouk to make this necklace. It consists of crystals, beads, rhinestones, an old brooch and some old earrings. I really love how it is attached to a pvc plastic background. A great statement bib necklace that goes with everything!
