How to make a cover for your iPad, iPad 2, or any other tablet device for under 10$

I have reviewed several covers, and cases for the iPad 2, and am not 100% sold on either or, I'm leaning to the Zaggmate case for iPad 2 or the Carbon Cover by iON. But still not sure, so in the mean time I made an iPad cover until my indecision goes away
