How to make a Christmas wreath in ruffle and rolls

I made this on a 15" work wreath form. I did 30" ruffles in 2 different colors and alternated them . I used 14" wired ribbons with tubing, ... canes,and 3 candy cane elves, with a sign in the middle. i also added 10" rolls with the same 2 mesh
