This is made on a 15” pink work wreath form. I used 21” mesh for 12” poofs in pink. I then used 10” mesh for 30” ruffles in a ombré pink color. I also added 10” rolls in white and pink . I added 4 wired ribbons and duck tailed them. Then put the sign in t
