This is made on a 16" work wreath form. I did poof, ruffles, and ... Used 21" mesh for the poofs and 10" mesh in 2 colors for the 10" rolls. I then added 4 wired ribbons cut 14" long. I added ornaments. 3 owls and a bird house in the center. I ended
