Handmade Red Velvet Victorian Dress on a Form

This is for Kelly's dress form contest. I wanted to create a dress with a victorian feel. I used some special velvet left over from a dress my grandmother made me as a child, so it has sentimental value for me. I had so much fun creating this! :)
