Materials used: Various acrylic paints (artist's loft flow acrylics, decoart metalics) Floetrol PVA Silicone Water The ratio used in this video was approximately 30% floetrol, 20% pva, 30% paint and 20% water. Each small cup had 1-2 drops of silicone.
