Easy Ombre Ink Technique with Rubbernecker Stamps on a Notebook, So Cool!

I'm using Jennifer McGuire's easy ombre technique on a great background stamp from  ...  It is called Mums. I used an 8 1/2 x 11" piece of 110 pound white card stock and used Distress Ink Embossing ink to ink the stamps. I used white Ranger
