DIY Swim or Beach Set. How To Make Your Own Kit

This is a basic DIY for making your own personalized beach or swim set to use when at the beach, lake,  ...  or anywhere you might swim when traveling or backpacking. This is a set I basically always carry with me when backpacking abroad, and I would
