DIY LPS Ruffle skirt {600-800+ Sub special!} ^^

Finally another DIY! My friend Anna gave me the idea to make a LPS Skirt from a plastic bag. I took it from there, added more options and created this video for you! ^^ Got any ideas or recommendations? Just ask me! :D
