DIY: Fringe Tank Top from a T-Shirt

Hey guys! I know it has been FOREVER since I made a video, but I have been super busy with school, and sadly that has to come first.  ...  I hope you enjoy this! I decided to cut my old t-shirt into a fringe tank top, because I'm dying for summer! Y
