DIY Chocolate Syrup Recipe!! (Old School bring back)

Save Money Don't buy Chocolate Syrup  ...  I had seen a recipe for DIY Chocolate syrup and I had to try it. Yes this is old school and it's real good! Please share with Chocolate lovers they will like that! :) 3/4 cups baking cocoa 1-1/4 cups water
