How to make a playing card dress (Part 1)

Sorry this is so long! If I had the know how I would have edited it. The smaller punch is 1 ...  not 1/4. Turns out the skirt did not fit right (duh) so i had to cut it up. I'll post that vid later. I hope this is helpful!
