DIY- How to make a strapless shirt out of an old long sleev

I saw this on Pintrest, and thought it was the cutest idea. Tried wearing a tank top to cover up extra skin, but it just looked tacky. Obviously will turn out much cuter on someone who takes time to do this. :) hope you enjoy!
