I used 1/2 inch thick foam chunks, that may be picked up at a Lowe's hardware chain store, stacked 3 onto eachother (the middle piece being the widest with a cut for a 3/4 inch pvc pipe along the middle) and I wrapped them (while stacked together) in duct
